The course builds on the basic knowledge students have acquired by completing the course International Commercial Law. The course content consists of an explanation of the legal regulation of the foundations of the EU internal market and related policies (consumer protection, competition, common commercial policy). In the field of private law, attention is focused on European contract law and its harmonisation in the MPS
