The aim of this course is to provide an extensive exposure to the Private law area, predominantly to the Civil and commercial law. The general principles and concepts along with the appropriate methodology will be followed by the study of the applicable Civil and commercial law within continental law family as well common law family. The lectures will be followed by seminars (study groups) where some of the pertinent aspects will be discussed and a few examples will be dealt with in detail. Students are well versed in the sources of legal rights of the individual fields, you can individually find the necessary legal expertise to the legal regulations, be familiar with a legal order and can use standard legal instruments.  Students are prepared for most creative use of information obtained by law to establish the relevant judgments.
