Annotation:
The objective of this course is to provide theoretical background of organizational processes and relationships of all organizational resources with an emphasis on human resources. In addition, traditional approaches based on theories of motivation are provided, for example: communication, evaluation of employees, also a modern approaches based on game theory (negotiation, conflict resolution), the theory of assessment and measurement (based on fuzzy approach) and logic control theory (deterministic decision making in the organization). For familiarization with the procedures leading to the proposal of the optimal composition and use of other company resources (especially physical) are presented illustrative examples based on linear programming and logic control. Theoretically designed to follow the lecture time exercise in which students practice presented principles of practical examples are divided into three areas: planning in the organization, decision-making in the organization and layout of enterprise resources. Besides the ability to take over and use the principles of the theory, students are provided through individually designed case studies, led to creative thinking. To grow the practical skills of effective presentation, students work out a collective, present and defend a group project.
Knowledge:
They acquire not just knowledge of methodologies for creating organizational structures and managerial approach to corporate governance, but they also have knowledge applicable from sociology, psychology, systems theory, project management, organizational change management and innovation theory.
 
Skills:
They can apply their specialized knowledge of the exact methods and applications of cognitive-derived knowledge based on empirical-intuitive knowledge creation. From a practical point of view, students are able to make to use of Theory of the dominant features and the motivation for the division of tasks, the theory of logical procedures for management decisions, change theory of strategic management turnover, the theory of configuration for the design and optimization of production processes and the theory of innovation to production change management programs.
 
Competence - Communication:
The technical and social science skills may not only be a source of innovation initiative within the production process in various organizations, but also beneficial to know how your idea to push through rational arguments and emotional functioning.
 
Competence - Opinion:
Emphasis is placed on strengthening the managerial capacity to understand the complex decision problem and solve it using both technical (exact methods developed by practicing), but also the humanistic skills (Trained through case studies and teamwork). They will have the ability to adapt to new environmental requirements consisting of market outlets and market opportunities.
 
Competence - Education:
They have the ability to continue to get acquainted with new developments in the areas of expertise in organizational behavior and related fields. They are able to retain and build a conceptual perspective is critical of accepted knowledge, to develop their skills and intellectual capital.
 
Learning activities and teaching methods:
Teaching in this subject combines classical approaches with modern ones, the emphasis is given on experience transfer, or on their assumption from case studies. Autonomous working, both individual and in teams, is an integral part of studying. Lecture and exercises (seminars) in a time proportion 2:1
